Corporate Counsel
The Corporate Counsel Section limits its members to those employed full-time or part-time exclusively for a corporation; business, educational, or nonprofit association; partnership; or governmental entity, and is not employed by or associated with a private, for profit law firm.
Membership in the Corporate Counsel Section provides an avenue through which in-house corporate counsel and paralegals can enhance their roles and expand their capabilities within the legal profession and their respective communities. The Section sponsors CLE programs and services, provides members with a blog, and helps mold the NCBA’s legislative agenda for presentation to the General Assembly.
Benefits of NCBA Section membership:
- CLE discounts
- Access to online Community forum
- Networking socials, panel discussions and Lunch & Learns
- Section blog
- Legislative support
