Are You Aware of the North Carolina Tuition Waiver Program?

The individuals eligible for this tuition waiver include survivors (including children) of a law enforcement officer killed as a direct result of a traumatic injury sustained in the line of duty, and children (between ages 17 and 23 years of age) whose parent is a law enforcement officer who is permanently and totally disabled as a direct result of a traumatic injury sustained in the line of duty.

Please review Chapter 115B of the North Carolina General Statutes for further details. We encourage all potential applicants and current recipients to explore the possibility of taking advantage of this program.
