The NCBA Paralegal Division is giving away NCBA Premier Passes to two lucky members! The Premier Pass is valued at $350 and is an exclusive NCBA member benefit providing you unlimited CLE/CPE, including access to hundreds of On-Demand programs throughout the bar year (July 1 to June 30).

Purpose of the Paralegal Division: 

  • The promotion of the general welfare of the community and public service,
  • The advancement of the professional education and welfare of paralegals,
  • Adherence by its members to the code of ethics and professional responsibility adopted by the Division,
  • Adherence by its members to minimum educational requirements, continuing education requirements and standards of practice adopted by the Division,
  • Provision for legal assistants to participate in the activities of the Association, and
  • Advancement of the standards of the legal profession and the administration of justice.
