NC Secretary of State Elaine Marshall Spoke at Business Law CLE

NC Secretary of State Elaine Marshall joined the NCBA 2024 Business Law Section Program in Winston-Salem Thursday-Friday, Feb. 8-9. This program focused on the whirlwind of recent changes to state and federal law. As with prior years, the sessions covered a variety of topics that help every attorney — new or seasoned — gain skills and knowledge to immediately improve their practice and the service they provide to their clients. It was a wonderful program with great conversations on practical developments in common business transactions, significant legal updates, how recent judicial decisions impact corporate DEI programs and more.
