Dean J. Rich Leonard
Dean J. Rich Leonard has served as dean of Campbell Law School in Raleigh since 2013. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (AB 1971, M.Ed. 1973) and Yale Law School (1976). Leonard served as a judge on the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of North Carolina, from 1992-2013 and as chief judge from 1999-2006. He is also a former U.S. Magistrate Judge and Clerk of Court for the Eastern District of N.C. Leonard has served as chair of the NCBA Law School Liaison Committee and as a trustee of the Episcopal Diocese of North Carolina.
