Family Law
The Family Law Section promotes improvements in family law practice and jurisprudence by legislative changes, legal education, practice guides, pro bono legal services and mentoring programs.
The Family Law Section provides information on legal and policy developments relating to children and families. The Section also sponsors CLE programs on equitable distribution and an intensive seminar in family law in alternate years, thereby furthering the knowledge of its members in all matters relating to family law.
