Administrative Law

Get Involved

The Administrative Law Section brings together attorneys who represent and practice before state and local regulatory boards and commissions, the Office of Administrative Hearings and occupational licensing boards. The section’s goal is to lead in the improvement of administrative rulemaking and adjudication before the Office of Administration Hearing, as well as boards and commissions.

Members receive discounted CLE opportunities, access to a members-only online community forum and invitations to networking socials, panel discussions and Lunch & Learns. The section also offers practice-specific blogs, legislative and policy updates, ethics guidance and opportunities to engage in pro bono work, providing meaningful ways to grow professionally while supporting the broader legal community.
