Small Firm & Technology

The Small Firm & Technology Section offers resources for small firms, including solo attorneys, and all attorneys interested in starting and running a law practice. The resources focus on technology, human resources, financial management, client development and other important topics.

The Small Firm & Technology Section provides a variety of initiatives designed to enhance one’s practice and promote professionalism. The Section sponsors CLE programs (live and On-Demand); provides valuable information via the Section blog; produces monthly “Ask Me Anything Series” (free to Section members); and helps mold the NCBA’s legislative agenda for the presentation to the General Assembly.

Affiliate membership is open to nonlawyers who actively provide support services primarily to lawyers or law firms in North Carolina in technology, law practice administration, marketing and related areas.
