Chief Justice Issues New Order

Chief Justice Mark Martin of the N.C. Supreme Court has issued a new order regarding counties affected by Hurricane Florence.

The order supersedes his Sept. 13 order and extends filing deadlines to close of business on Oct. 1, 2018, in the following counties:

Beaufort, Bladen, Brunswick, Carteret, Columbus, Craven, Cumberland, Currituck, Dare, Duplin, Harnett, Hoke, Hyde, Jones, Lenoir, New Hanover, Onslow, Pamlico, Pender, Richmond, Robeson, Sampson, Scotland, Tyrrell and Wayne.
